The Villa Kety in the hamlet of Prodani, Makarska, is nestled in nature and offers the perfect setting for a secluded and rejuvenating holiday. This villa with a pool features its own secure parking in Prodani and is accessible via a 150-meter illuminated concrete pathway for pedestrians. Luggage carts are available for convenient transfer.
Despite its seclusion, the villa underwent a complete renovation in 2015, boasting all the amenities of a modern pool villa. The kitchen is retro-styled and fully equipped, while the living room includes a sofa bed, large TV, and fireplace. The entire house is air-conditioned and offers complimentary Wi-Fi.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to a shared balcony await. Each room is furnished with comfortable beds, closets, and air conditioning. A garden with seasonal fruits and vegetables surrounds the villa, and a stone table with a grill invites outdoor dining.
The private pool with a wooden terrace offers stunning views of the sea and islands, while a large solar shower provides refreshment. Surrounded by untouched nature, the villa offers a unique opportunity to connect with the outdoors. Von uns ganz klar 5 von 5 möglichen ⭐️ Sehr schöne kleine Villa die alles bietet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht! Besonders die Gastfreundlichkeit von Fr. Daniela möchten wir hier hervorheben, sie hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert und uns immer zur Seite gestanden wo fragen aufkamen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und exzellent ausgestattet der Blick auf Makarska traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder😘
