This charming, brand-new villa is located in Makarska and has everything needed for a comfortable holiday. The villa has 900m² of grounds with a children's playground, surrounded by a 3000m² olive grove.
Villa Astra spans two floors plus a ground-floor garage. It has 5 bedrooms with double beds, AC, TV/SAT, and 6 bathrooms, plus an additional children's room with a cot. The living room connects to the dining area and kitchen, creating a vast space for relaxation and socializing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and appliances needed to prepare meals just like at home. The dining room comfortably seats the whole group while enjoying the view. The living room is cozy, warm, and full of natural light, with direct access to the terrace.

The villa is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean and has everything you could possibly need. The views from the villa over Makarska are stunning and it is set in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the town and harbour for a day at the beach or nights out. Our hosts were also superb, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay, they even bought us a lovely fresh platter of home-produced prosciutto and cheese which were delicious. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend Villa Astra.

Juli 2019 In 10+ years of vacation rentals this has been our best experience. Our two families (10) had 5 memorable nights at this new and well constructed villa. The property was just as portrayed: beautifully appointed, quiet location, extremely clean and fully equipped (including home made spirits). The owners were very responsive to our needs/requests and it was apparent that our comfort was of prime importance. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. En-suites in all but one room, and there is a dedicated bathroom across the hall for that room. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Dalmatian coast. Thank you so much for all of your attention and support with every last detail we needed. We loved the house so much!!! We will recommend your house to everyone we know
